I felt like a valued guest rather than just a customer at this charming B&B. The breakfast served in the garden was a delightful start to the day. The hostess, Anita, went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The location was excellent, and I enjoyed the peacefulness of the neighborhood. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the shared toilet and shower were clean. Despite the steep stairs, I had a memorable experience at Karnemelkhuys and would definitely recommend it. a lovely stay in a wonderful town.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the port and the railway station. It was great to be in the heart of the historic district, surrounded by charm and history. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices available. I especially enjoyed the cozy and inviting backyard garden where I could sit and relax. It provided a nice escape from the bustling city.
While there were many positive aspects, there were a few minor disappointments. the steep stairs leading to the bedrooms were a bit challenging, especially for those with mobility issues.

No sink in the bathroom.
